OPM Project Management played a vital role in the development of Daiichi-Sankyo's new office, located in the imposing North Tower of the CENU Building, in São Paulo. This large-scale project covered an impressive area of 51,600 square meters and presented a challenging implementation timeframe of just 3 months, requiring a strategic and comprehensive approach to ensure success.

Schedule control played a critical role in the successful execution of this highly complex project. OPM developed and implemented a detailed schedule that covered all phases of the project, from planning to final delivery. Given the magnitude of the work, this rigorous management was essential to ensure that all stages were completed within the stipulated deadline, allowing Daiichi-Sankyo to occupy its new office effectively.

Construction management was conducted with mastery, involving the coordination and supervision of all stages of construction. The OPM team collaborated with contractors and specialized professionals to ensure that the work was carried out in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards. This ensured that Daiichi-Sankyo's new office was not only functional but also met the company's specific requirements.

Financial control played a fundamental role throughout the entire project. OPM worked closely with Daiichi-Sankyo to manage costs effectively, ensuring the project remained within budget. This helped to avoid financial surprises and maintain transparency in the process.

Furthermore, risk and quality management was a constant priority. Given the complex nature of the project, the OPM team carefully identified and mitigated risks at all phases of the endeavor. This included implementing rigorous quality control standards, ensuring that all aspects of the project met Daiichi-Sankyo's criteria for excellence.
